Its a nice Sunny day today,and I wanted to take my video outside since its unusually sunny and clear today(usually cloudy).I never thought I would tape myself ,but its a new way of life for so many others I thought I would join the band wagon too.My plan is to do this Master Cleanse for 10 days and change over to juicing next.

Good morning Dianne! Great video. Yeah, it is the new way but I have yet to "jump on the band wagon", though I've been told by several I should add video. Congrats on day 7! How long do you plan to juice feast after your Master Cleanse?
