Better get my butt back to the YMCA

Procrastinate Procrastinate that's me.I need to get at least 3 better 4-5 days a week in having some workout time at the YMCA~.I pay the bill ,now get it in my head to move my body in a steady way.I love elliptical,treadmill,and rowing.Rowing is my all time favorite.I spend 1.5 hours at the gym.I need to promise myself this time at the gym in order to shed the fat and feel the body change its shape.I have the Raw food eating in order ,but the extra exercise is the next promise to myself that I need to do.
