This was a fantastic day.I made David.R's tea and Penni's "Balancing Broth".But first I started my day with 32 oz of water ,lemon and MSM.I then had a green juice of celery ,cucumber,
1 carrot, ginger, lemon, spinach, kale, apple, red pepper, and broccoli. Yummo~1.5 mason jars full. Sipped throughout my morning to mid-day. Mason jars of the tea and the broth are in the refig for a few days to sip on when I feel the need.
After straining the liguid broth into mason jars from the balancing Broth,I added boxed organic vegi liquid and green split peas to make hubby his own soup. Then I took another skillet and added onion, bacon and tad olive oil. Finally for the love of my life I took vegis, and the juice and pured a portion in order to thicken his soup. The house smells good and I am feeling great today. And by the way the balancing broth is very tasty. The cayenne makes it,especially with the cooler weather that is coming.I ended my day with watermelon, mint, lime and ginger juice.I had about 10 ounces ,and I have a quart left to sip on tomorrow.
I am a gal whom has chose to live a long fulfilling life.My choice of lifestyle is eating my food in its RAW state. All I will consume is Fruits, Vegis,Nuts, Seeds and Legumes

This photo of veg's is so pretty I would think it was fake, but in reality I did something unthinkable. You know I love juicing and I am in the juicing spirit.I headed to Seattle to PCC and Whole foods and bought 3 days of Organic juicing supplies. Then I came home soaked all my veg's.ALL VEG'S by the way NO FRUITS .I went to my Zumba class while the husband mowed the lawn.By now its 8:30 pm .BUT when I went to exercise my hubby before mowing set up my table outside with my jars, juicer knife strainer, plastic bags(line my juicer),garbage can and all thing needed to juice.I wanted to do this outside because of the amount ,and the mess I knew I was going to encounter.Oh Did I say it took me and hubby 2 hours to juice ,Strain and clean up the supplies!Yes 10:45 pm I was in my house again.
Now as you read this and see the photos you are probably saying ,um juicing 3 days in advance is not good for the nutrition in those jars Dianne. And you know what I have to say~If Dave The Trucker did this and he is alive and losing weight and feeling good ,then I can do this too.It is August 12th and I am starting my juicing with these green juices .Actually I think it will be more like 4 days worth of juice........I will let you know~

Our 11 Week Initiative Starts TODAY!~With Dr Oz help info too as the weeks go
For the NON Raw FOODIES or people wanting to slowly trade off cooked foods.Dr Oz actually was promoting the raw food Eating on his Thursday January 7th 2010 show!!!
Week 1: TRANSITION
Transition During the first week, you’ll detox off red meat, eliminate sugars and white flours and start eating your vegetables raw. Instead of white pastas, eat whole wheat, substitute grilled chicken for red meat, swap out sugary desserts for fruits and replace cooked vegetables with raw ones.
On a raw food diet, you should only be consuming unprocessed, preferably organic whole foods such as:
Fresh fruits and vegetables
Nuts
Seeds
Beans
Grains
Legumes
Dried fruit
Seaweed
Unprocessed organic or natural foods
Freshly juiced fruit and vegetables
Purified water
Young coconut milk
Week 1 Tip: The kitchen closes at 7pm (or 3 hours before bed!)
Week 2~JUICE IT UP
week you’ll eliminate meat, poultry, eggs and dairy; to compensate, add lots of vegetables and fruit smoothies to supplement nutrients. Try interesting combinations of fruits and vegetables like a banana spinach smoothie – high in potassium, folate, vitamins K and A, and magnesium.
Week 3 ~Go NUTS!
During the third week of your detox, add nuts and seeds as a staple of your diet. You can substitute some dairy items with those derived from nuts, like raw almond milk. When snacking on nuts, soak them in water first to wake up their natural enzymes. An excellent lunch on the go is a raw veggie burger made with almonds and walnuts.
Week 4~Hasta La Pasta~Spiral zucchini and things~
Even though during week 1 you substituted white pasta with whole grain pasta, you’re now cutting out pasta altogether because it’s cooked. Try a meal consisting of shredded zucchini with veggie meatballs and raw tomato sauce. This may be the most challenging week, as you will be eating 100% raw.
I AM ALREADY raw so I don't have white nor wheat pasta.I use zucchini noodles.THIS WAS FROM THE dr Oz site.Dr Oz promoting the raw diet. How cool is that.
